Do you accept health insurance?
We do not participate with any healthcare insurance plans. Unfortunately, the traditional insurance based healthcare system greatly limits the time we can spend with our patients, which in turn limits the care we are able to offer them. Our goal is to actually spend time with you, listen to you and work together to improve your health and wellness.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Absolutely! Feel free to utilize these methods of payment for your care with us!
Do you provide general OB/GYN care? (ie. paps, annual exams and prenatal care)
Unfortunately not! As a specialty clinic, we consider ourselves an adjunct to your routine care. We recommend you establish (or continue) routine GYN and/or prenatal care with a general OB/GYN practice. In the Richmond, Virginia area, we highly recommend Virginia Women’s Center!
Do you offer tele-health visits?
Sure do! In our opinion, tele-health was one of the best things to stem from Covid days! Tele-health is a great way to expand one’s ability to receive needed care.
How do you feel about Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Love it! HRT can be a game changer for so many women. We utilize prescription bio-identical hormone replacement therapy as part of our care plan when needed.
Do you offer functional lab testing?
Yes! We believe this type of testing can be hugely beneficial for certain patients. We partner with RUPA health to offer functional lab testing. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover functional lab testing, so these labs would be an out of pocket cost.
The majority of your labs will be ordered through a lab company, like Labcorp, and you will be able to utilize your insurance toward those costs.
